Assets:
Describes the individual's temperament in order of strength using their 'real' behaviour - the approach they are most likely to take in any given situation.
Developmental Considerations:
Potential limitations of a individual, again in order of strength, based on their 'real' behaviour.
The Situational Changes:
Shows how the individual perceives they behave in their present role. Suggestions are made to probe deeper in to job-related changes.
Situation Adjustment Indicator:
Degree of adjustment, which can lead to stress, an individual is probably experiencing in their role on a day-to-day basis.
Notes and Cautions:
These “flag up” certain aspects of the behaviour style and/or the changes in the 'Situational' profile which need particular focus and investigation.
Summary:
A recap of the behavioural style, general role responsibility areas and preferred work environments.
